It is good to see Rob Zombie returning to his Industrial influences after the ordinary Educated Horses. Hellbilly Deluxe 2: Noble Jackals, Penny Dreadfuls and the Systematic Dehumanization of Cool was recorded as a companion to Rob Zombie’s debut Hellbilly Deluxe and it should be treated as such. Zombie continues on with his usual blend of shock and horror mixed with the chunky guitars and haunting organs of Industrial rock. The album should be considered like a B-Grade movie, fun and entertaining but not something you would enjoy over and over again
